Everyone says that the restaurant business is really tough this year and that customers are scarce. Yet, every time I return to China and visit this particular restaurant, it’s always bustling with business—there’s certainly no shortage of customers here. I truly believe that restaurants that are run well and managed with genuine care will never lack customers!
